Newagen, on the southernmost tip of Southport Island, Maine, is exposed on three sides to the Gulf of Maine and Atlantic but for Cape Island which provides the small sheltered cove of Cape Harbor. From Newagen, one can follow the sun from the first light of dawn to sunset in the company of the resident seabirds, including Ospreys, and myriad wildlife, all within the call of the bell on the Cuckolds Lighthouse out in the Gulf.
